Did I say I was a one watch guy?

Well...

I'm giving it a second go with a GMT. Last time was with a BLNR, but I didn't like it.

Unfortunately, this was received the same day as some bad news, so there is a bit of a black cloud hanging over the experience. That may make it short lived.

Well, hopefully not too bad and try not to worry too much. Beautiful watch. Makes me miss mine. Congrats and hope you sort stuff out.

Keep it, the experience will make you stronger. My first Rolex purchase, also a GMT (TT) was followed by bad work news a few days after, the timing couldn't have been worst. It all worked out and my first Rolex remains attached to that memory but in a good way. Congrats on the watch, refreshing to see a black GMT.

Congrats on the GMT and I hope everything works out ok for you.
I had a similar experience myself I picked up my Explorer ii last Monday, went to the doctors on the Tuesday with a brest issue and was given an emergency referral to the best clinic to be tested for cancer as you can imagine I’ve been worried sick and it totally overshadowed the experience of picking up the Rolex.
Anyway I went to the clinic yesterday and was given the all clear
