What is your Holy grail AP?

In rolex, there are the crowd favorite submariners and then theres daytonas. How about AP? And what is your holy grail

Which model is this? Wasn’t aware of a new OW PC, there’s a 44RO GC left in the current collection but it’s ‘availbility to be confirmed’ the older OW PC are now in the Legacy collection.
