Just me or did they slim the case? Looks like the same for the Smurf.

They had to change something to differentiate it from Pepsi steel aside from the bracelet. Honestly I think this one looks great now.

Agreed. Wonder if we'll see a jump in prices for the previous WG pepsi?

No, you're absolutely right!

"The lugs and sides of its Oyster case have been redesigned, and the watch is fitted on a five-link Jubilee bracelet."

As per their Instagram post.

I think the opposite, the new SS Pepsi is going to bring the previous WG Pepsi prices down. Looks too close and the colors on the new SS version look closer to correct to my eyes.

loving the new white gold with blue dial. For me it's a strong contender for the Smurf now (being as I love blue)

You could very well be right. It does look like they may have tweaked the bezel color on the "Oystersteel" Pepsi.

almost post a new thread for this. long discussion about the SS and I dont know why people not excited with the new WG. Of course price point is one, but a number of people hating the blue, but for me the blue dial is the selling point here. I got the 16710 and that's good enough for me in terms of the SS. If Im adding a new pepsi gmt, it would be this one for sure.

Nice, think the blue dial works with the red hand, otherwise would be too blue.

Yes, I think the blue dial compliments the red hand even more. Just like the bezel combination

So is the color of the 24 hr hand red or silver?

BTW the real life pic looks much better than the website rendering, IMO of course.

It's red, I posted some other live pics, which have now been taken down.

That’s the thing. I think a lot of people haven’t really seen the real life photo. A lot of blogs etc only posted the SS one

I saw this yesterday, with the blue dial it is a stunner. Looks nicer than the Pepsi with black.

Is this WG Pepsi still equipped with the older movement (with less power reserve)?
