Well after waiting almost a year and not being able to find one of these here in Maryland anywhere, I finally caved and decided I didn’t (couldn’t) want to wait any longer. So here she is. Thanks to a flawless transaction with Takuya, my slightly used ( and by slightly I mean 11 days. I thought only person that bought a watch and then changed my mind a week later) my new SD43. This thing is definitely all that I hoped for and wanted. I loved the JC DSSD but it was just too thick. I love subs but wanted something that felt just a little tougher. The band on this is so well proportioned and the tapered lugs make it look even better. I have a tiny 6.5 inch wrist, but with the diver’s extension removed it fits me as well as any other sub. Finally I am a member of the club. Now watch my AD call me tomorrow and say he has mine lol. Thanks for reading.

Congratulations on a great choice.
I have been fortunate to try one on that was reserved for another customer at my AD just before Christmas and was instantly smitten!
Now I just sit by the telephone waiting for the call...like a love struck teenager...

Congrats! I’m in VA and I had a similar experience with ADs in the area, except I only tried for a few weeks before going the trusted seller route as well. Simply put, the SD43 is a stunner....enjoy it!

Holy crap, 19 locations and no hits? I was on my AD list since they came out and they claim that they have only gotten one in and I was still number 5 on the list. As a make up, they claim to have me number 1 on. New Pepsi GMT which I don’t even like. I didn’t tell them that though. We shall see what happens when they get the one they ordered. I couldn’t wait any more. Even though I wanted the experience of walking in and getting it brand new with my name on the card, I had to scratch the itch.

Its much more the watch than the AD experience I crave. The trusted sellers have been steadily increasing the price on these watches just in the last month. Its hard to justify paying a 10 to 20% premium for a watch you should be able to obtain from your local AD. I congratulate to original poster for scratching the itch!
