These 3, though I think you're too heavy on blue dials if your only 3

Just the the daytona black. Add the 15202or if you must. Have the perfect 2 watch collection. Add a calatrava for the perfect 3 watch collection. Forget the nautilus. They are not that great.

I respect Patek. When I see a Patek. I see the person with wealth status.

If I have no money the go for Daytona ceramic black

I gotta say that I was thinking the same thing. I wouldn't get two Daytonas for a 3-watch collection; and while I admire the mechanical engineering involved with the multiple complications on the SkyD, this watch is still growing on me since it seems a bit flashy/busy for my more conservative style.

I'd go with Black Daytona, Blue Skydweller, but White Patek. I think the 5711 in white dial is better than the blue, and then you have 3 different color dials.

White Daytona not black. Ideally I'd have a Sub, so LVc and the 5712 or 5164 as the PP.

I think I'd go for three different colors. Daytona White, SkyD Black, 5711 blue. Plus I think you'd have an easier time getting a black dial SkyD than blue.

And to note, I said "easier" not "easy".

This is a weird thread....obviously it should be Daytona (whichever color you like more), SkyDweller, 5711....why would you choose to exclude any of the others to have 2 Daytonas? I mean I guess only if you have no interest in the watch itself but why include it in the choices if that's the case? If you want another Daytona that bad I say pursue something different (16520, 116520, 4 digit Daytonas, PM etc).

Hey! Then that means you’re with the smart guy, not stupid

Yeah, honestly that same 3, but replace the 5711 with an AP Jumbo and that’s a 3 watch collection I could see myself with. 3 different dial colors with 3 different respectable histories.

I would only keep two from that list :

PP & either Daytona

Flip the SD & other Daytona for three classics, Sub, Speedy, & Reverso. Then set up for the final piece in the future ........................ a complicated gold Lange. Five SS classics and one gold grail, drop the microphone and walk away !

IMO this comes down to which daytona. I just trade my black dial for white and so far have no regrets. Both are amazing though.

I feel that black is slightly more versatile, as it's sporty but dresses up a little easier than the white. But if you have a 5711, I don't think you'll need to worry about a "dressy" daytona.

oh... and here, why not!? :)

If I were to scale back my three watch collection would be the 116500LN Black, the SkyD Blue, and the 116600 SD4K. To me that is a perfect three watch collection.

Not a great shot but you get the idea. Happy Halloween I might add.

Now that is something I have to say I did not consider, I like it! I do love both my Daytonas but as I want to scale down i know it doesn't make sense to keep both dials. I prefer my white dial more. Might find it hard to part ways with my Sky D though, this is really a tough decision

I already have these watches, I just need to scale down. I love them all but i suppose it doesn't make sense to keep 2 Daytonas

Hi mate,

I went for the 5711, it's a masterpiece. My issue now is that I have 2 blue pieces and 2 Daytonas. I need to scale down though. My heart is telling me I don't need 2 Daytonas, so i'm thinking to keep the white as I like that one the most.
