Explorer II prices

Any opinions on why the second hand explorer II market hasn’t recently moved up with other second hand stainless steel sports models? Seems odd to me that you can still pick up a 16570 for $5000 with box and papers, I know it’s tough to compare but an equivalent GMT will set you back more than double that.

Feels to me as though you could start seeing prices going up in these models soon, you have already started seeing the rail dial versions going up a lot. It kind of reminds me of what you saw recently with the GMTs where the 16750 went up and then suddenly we saw a big catch up from the 16700/16710 after they lagged a lot.

Interested to hear thoughts..
