Mattie22b, do not recommend

Wasted almost a week of time with back and forth, figured typical for a new buyer and a large purchase. Went above and beyond to alleviate concerns. Potential buyer and I made a deal, and after waiting a day and a half on payment, backs out.

Waste of time.

I apologized directly and do here again for the inconvenience. A combination of family vacation extended the discussion and limited local resources came into play that made this deal ultimately not work. I thought I also went above and beyond on communication and to be transparent on family commitments around Easter and for the last couple days from the outset. I am just as disappointed...again my apologies

Sounds about par for the course when selling to be honest.

No kidding!

Good on the potential buyer to post an explanation/apology here. And good luck to the OP for a easy sale.

Well its nice that an open apology and explanation was given
That happened to me once when I was buying a watch, a funeral came up for a close friend and because of that delay in payment I was banned from another forum, very unfair
