1971 Red Submariner Box

I am hoping to find some information about the box for a 1971 red submariner. Just recently I found out that the boxes are numbered to specific models. Is there a data base somewhere? Any help is appreciated.

Boxes have codes on the underside that help to match it to correct time frame, but dealers are quiet random when selecting boxes when you buy a watch and go in the stock room and grab anything that looks right or fits .

This has been discussed

Hopefully someone with a 71 Red Sub cn show what the have
