Incoming sd43!!

I couldn’t believe how great and handsome this watch was when my AD offered it to me. I sold my blnr and ended up wanting it again so it was between this and the blnr, looks like the sd43 won and I couldn’t be happier! The proportions on this watch are fantastic and fits like a 42mm. People say it can’t be a daily but I’ll be wearing mine everyday. My wrists are on the smaller side but I still like it. One downside I may have with it is getting it to fit not too snug or not too tight. But that red text adds so much character to the watch and yet it’s so subtle, I love it. All in all beautiful watch and happy to finally have it on my wrist!

Also I took some iPhone X pics and it kept telling me the resolution was too big. Anyone know how to fix it this? Sorry novice photo poster :/. But I want to share wrist shots and would love to see what you guys think!

Congratulations and welcome to the club. It’s a wonderful reference for sure.

As for the fit, did you remove the divers extension? This helps a lot with the comfort of the watch FWIW.

I did remove the diver extension and used the glide lock but it fits a bit snug. If I add another link it might be too loose not sure but it fits snug in a good way right now. And thanks! Some may say it’s big on my wrist but I have a muscular build so isn’t proportional when taken further. Pictures are always deceiving :)

A half-link is included on the bracelet. You can remove it and do the rest with the glide lock.

Congrats.

Put your images on Imgur and edit the size on there. You should be able to post from there pretty easily.

Congrats. It’s a beautiful watch. As a previous poster said, I strongly recommend removing the divers extension. I have a 6.5” wrist and it fits perfectly. Wear it in good health. It’s a tough beast!!

Show some pics of your bracelet configuration and glide lock. I'm sure we can give you some tips.

I will when I get a chance would love to get your guys advice on how to make it wear perfect! I think adding a half link would make it perfect.

I had mine resized twice to get it just right, so I can definitely help. I initially removed the half link, then put the half link back in and removed a full link and got it close to perfect. It's important not just how many links you use, but where they are placed (12 o'clock vs 6 o'clock side).

Anyway shoot me a PM or respond on here if I can be of help

Let me know what you guys think of size. I know wrist shots can be deceiving but a full body shot and the watch actually looked pretty proportioned to me.

Maybe a tad too big but looks good! Try and lock it in behind your wrist bone, I find it most comfortable there! I suspect my wrist is a little larger than yours.

Damn you are taking some great pics of this ref!

Congrats, OP, looks a tad large, but this is a watch that should fill your wrist so no bother.

Congrats with the watch but I think it is way to big for your wrist.
