To start this story off, I have spent the last few months months searching for a BLNR. During my search I had gotten very close to coming home with a new BLNR only to have it sold in-front of me while waiting to speak to a salesperson. Only if I could have been there half an hour earlier..

After this last attempt, I gave up at trying to find one while away on vacation and stopped by my local AD. We chatted for a while about Rolex in general, my Day-Date being funky these last few months and about why the GMT master is going to suit me very well. I left feeling happy as ever and feeling official about being on the list.

Last Friday I get a call letting me know that my collection is about to get one watch bigger!
