Need opinions please!

If you ordered a new watch from another state and it arrived with a dent/ding/gouge on the bezel would you return it or just live with it? (There is a return policy that allows it)

If it is a brand new watch — I’d send it back for a replacement.

Yes new.

I just edited it. I should add it is not that big a dent, so that is where the dilema lies. Thanks.

Can't do pics

My phone won't let me for some reason. It is on the rim of a panerai near the crystal. Small but reflects a bit. You can see it and take your finger nail and scrape it and feel it.

A dent in a new watch, no matter how small, is going back to the seller with no hesitation. If the watch was used and the imperfection disclosed, that’s a different story. But new? Send it back pronto.

You guys are awesome

Can't thank you enough. I feel bad for the seller, but I want to put my own scratches and dents on it. I do plan on returning it. Buy keep your opinions coming!

I'd return it, without a doubt ! I bought a Pam from well know seller on TRF that had a small dent that was not mentioned in the ad. I like this person and have done many deals with him so I thought I would just live with it....that dent drives me nuts to this day. I really wish I had returned it. I am a far cry from someone that worries about every scratch and ding, I wear all my watches and never worry about any marks....I think this one bothers me because it sort of dents in the hole where the screw in the lug goes.

If the ad did not disclose these flaws I would either return it or ask for an adjustment to the price you paid - refund the off-set. Just my 2 cents.

If its got a ding it ain't new. If you can live with call and ask for a discount. If no discount then it goes back. Easy Peasy.
