5513 - buyer questions

All,

Looking for a 5513 and it will be used for regular wear and investment purposes (e.g. would be good to hold something which will appreciate although i know nothing is guaranteed)

I am after a 5513 matte dial

My understanding of what drives the premium of a 5513 is:
Insert - is this original?
Dial - Is this the correct dial for the age/era and original?
Dial type - metres first, non seriff/seriff
Crown - Twin lock is more valued then triple lock as twin lock is correct for the era <1972
Hands/patina/lume - all similar colour - original
Condition - polished/nonpolished/box

How would people rank the following? I have been quoted $10 - $14k for a 1970s seriff with original dial/insert/twinlock crown - is this a good range?

I'm a total noob at this, but from my little research in the last few weeks, 10-14 is a bit low for all original and decent looking.
