28?

I've noticed on every Rolex advertisement, picture, etc. the date is always set to the 28th. Why is that? Is the 28th an important day to Rolex?

Its kinda like asking why the time on all the watches is always displayed as 10:11:31. Its been a long time tradition to show it that way and Rolex respects their tradition and sees it as of great importance so they follow it to this day.

Interesting that you live in a place called Matthews and your name is Matthew! Don't see that happen all the time.
