The old anchors with the round, green depth rating inserts are very hard to find.

I've seen them sell in the $1500 range, but $2000 seems a little high.

I think these were old depth rating anchors that Rolex modified with the new depth rating and used for a very short time and they do bring a premium as Springer said.

Ive seen ONE of these in the flesh...and it was at a small jeweler in myrtle beach and the older gentlemen that owned the place was asking 1,000.00 for it. but, 2,000.00 in today's economy?? no way. but for those that are collectors and have an almost full complete set to go with their double red..then this small addition for a grand or so could up the value of their "complete double red" substantially. much more than the grand they shelled out for the anchor.
