Batman GMT Master 2 Premium?!

What’s the deal with a premium on the GMT Master II BLNR?

It’s selling for thousands more than retail and it’s been out for a number of years.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

Fred

Demand > Supply, still. It's a highly sought after model, and for good reason.

It’s discontinued, haven’t you heard....

chuckle: it’s supply and demand really, probably alongside a fear/thought that they will stop making them.

In hindsight, I'm really lucky to have got mine for less than MSRP. I bought it in the brief magic window after the initial high demand had died down but before steel models became scarce.
