Identifying Rolex watches

Hi,

I've just posted trying to identify some Rolex watches but my post has disappeared without explanation, why is this?

Rolex Submariner

Hi,

Could anyone please help me identify this Rolex, I know it was bought before 1990. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

That crown sticks really far. Are there no crown guards, or is the crown just unscrewed in that pic?

Just came back to update this, managed to get the watch finally, turns out its a Tudor Oyster Prince Submariner, pre 1978. Will try to upload photos now. Thanks again everyone for your help
