Looking to acquire my first PM piece. Currently rocking the AP ROC (black and silver sub dials) and GMT BLNR.

I'm going back and forth between RG and YG. Top options right now are Daytona 116505 RG black or chocolate dial or GMT 116718 YG green dial. Really can't decide.

Would love to hear opinions and see wrist shots from any owners.

I would go Rose gold if it were Patek/AP, yellow from rolex. Rolex rose gold looks a little too coppery for me, although beautiful. The DD40 RG w olive dial is my favorite PM model

I'm in a very similar spot, except I am torn between rose gold and white gold.

Between the 2, daytona rg would be my personal preference.

Rolex overall, I'll go DD for yg. That combo is just so damn classic to me.

The 718 was my first PM piece. It's a dazzling watch, you can't go wrong with it.

However, it has since gone and the BLRO is now firmly entrenched.

I already have a GMT which is pushing me towards the Daytona. I've owned a few SS Daytonas, but never a PM.

I love Rolex’s rose gold. It feels like a very rich color. Also I feel a more rare choice. It stands out with an understated elegance.

I own the 116505 RG and absolutely love it. I have compared it to YG and find it to be a bit less flashy.... but then again, I absolutely love rose gold on the Daytona.
