Beverly Hills RSC - Insurance Appraisal 16610LV

Has anyone had an insurance appraisal done at the Beverly Hills RSC over the counter?

I have an early 16610LV with punched European papers - hence no LV designation on the papers anywhere. Was thinking this might be a good way to get some verification documentation for the watch without a service.

Assuming they run the serial through the Rolex master database and LV gets highlighted somewhere on the appraisal papers.

Rolex doesn’t do insurance appraisals at an RSC, but your AD very likely does.

And most likely an AD wont be able to determine if it is a real LV based solely on serial number unless you are the original owner and bought it from them originally and the original sale is in their records.

My point as well. I’m looking for something official on Rolex letterhead with some LV verification. BH RSC did say on the phone they do insurance appraisals. But I couldn’t determine if it was official Rolex type that you get back when you have a service. Worth a call back.

I was wondering if anyone had had one done and what it was like specifically.

You will probably just need to wait until it is ready for service and send it in then
