Anyone ever use Alkis Kotsopoulos at Swiss Watch Repair Co in NYC for servicing?

My GMT fogged up in the rain/humidity today, so I need to get it serviced right away. Was considering sending it to LA but I'd like to get this looked at TODAY in NYC. Alkis Kotsopoulos at Swiss Watch Repair Co came up in a few searches, but with no Yelp reviews and not much on the forums, I was hoping someone here had some experience with him? And if not, can anyone recommend someone else reliable in NYC? I'd prefer to avoid RSC if possible.
