Rolex Card

Hi, I bought a new Rolex on about May 15of this year at Mayors.

They told me in about 30 days I would receive my card in the mail. I have not received it yet.

Does anyone know if it usually takes this long or I was misquoted?

Thanks

Usually you get the card at time of purchase but there have been reports recently on TRF of ADs holding cards for up to a year to discourage intentional flippers.

My wife bought her 114200 from the Rolex boutique "Mayors" in Orlando and walked out with her warranty card. We never left them keeping it as an option. It's your warranty card that you paid for. Call them and get it.

From Mayors Tampa, I bought a 116610LV and 116500, in the past couple of months, and walked out with my warranty cards, filled.

I purchased my new T/T Rolex Daytona 116503 (New Model) White MOP 8 Diamonds Dial front a Grey Dealer who I always use, when I’m in the market for a new Watch. The Watch had all of the protective stickers in place & it came with a Warranty Card in my name. It was stamped & dated by the Rolex AD that they sourced it from. I have checked with the Rolex AD in my City who informed me once the Warranty Card is filled out correctly & was swiped at point of sale they would have no problem honouring the Warranty

What did they say when you rang them and asked for it?

You'll get it at between 30 and 45 days. Some of the Mayors stores send warranty cards from the home office in Florida. I know Tampa has theirs on hand and you walk out with it. But they are just slow they will send it to you.

Call them, have always gotten it in about 30 days. No worries, Mayors is top notch on paperwork.

I purchased my Daytona 3 weeks ago and SD43 yesterday. Warranty cards were filled in with my name and given to me with the purchase.
I would call and check on yours. Seems a bit long to still not have it.

About 2 weeks for me. Perhaps give your AD a call as others have suggested.

Likewise, I would get in touch with them, if you agreed 30 days then it should be with you !

You probably misheard them and they said 30 years. They are trying to prevent flippers.

They did it to me three years ago but I followed up with them at the 30 day mark and went and picked it up in person fearing what has happened to you.

They have probably just forgotten, I hope they weren't just shining you on and wont now say they need to hold it for a year for the flippers.

I called them, they told me that I should have gotten it directly from headquarters in 4 weeks. They checked if it got mailed to the store and it hasn't. Since it has been 11 weeks they are calling headquarters to see where it is.
