Rolex Submariner 116613LB easy to purchase?
A friend of mine likes my 116613LB Bluesy and would like to purchase a new one from an AD. He has been round the Uk to several retailers but not had any luck in the past couple of months. I thought the TT model was relatively easy to get hold of as only the SS sports model was in demand. Has he just been unlucky or are they getting more difficult to purchase?

The blue two tone Submariner is the more desirable when compared to the black dial, but it should not be too difficult to find. Even if you have be put on a list, I am sure you'd likely have one by the time the AD fulfills their next order from HQ. Within a few weeks to a month at worst.

I don't know about difficult to purchase, but the secondary/gray NIB price sure has crept up...
