My resolution is to stop procrastinating. I was going to do that this year but I put it off.

Normally I never make those resolutions because they sound so resolute But for the first time I have one: I want to change jobs. I'm getting a bit fed up with IT, been doing it too long. So I will start looking around and will be starting talks with my boss and the HR department.
