I don’t post much, if at all in this thread, but here is a doozer. Definitely a fugazzi.

So, I messaged the guy through eBay just for the heck of it.

Me:

Does it come with all boxes and papers?

Where is the second hand?

Here’s his response:

Thank you for your interest. The answer is yes! The watch comes with outer box, display box, Calibre 3120 instruction manual, happy new year card, handwritten receipt, a business card of the sale person at Beverly Hills Audemars Piguet that sold me the watch, and a 3-year warranty card. The photo I posted is of the larger sibling 15400st hence, no second hand. The watches look exactly the same though except for mine having a seconds hand. Google 15450st in blue for more photographs.

Feel free to ask if you have any more questions

Holy crap

That's it, I'm done. I wanted a Happy Thanksgiving card. Deal breaker for me

In response to my contact he posted some pics of the actual watch and a sales receipt. I think it could be legit but caveat emptor.

It’s nicely priced. The 15450ST blue dial is going for a small premium these days. He’s probably a rookie in the watch world.

Agreed though, be careful out there.

The auction ended $15,000 buy it now. If it is in fact legit, the buyer got a great deal. As we know, the blue dial is going for a premium.
