Rolex Sub Oystersteel and 18KT Yellow Gold vs BLRO
Hello everyone,
I am torn between two watches. The Blue Dial Rolex Sub Oystersteel and 18 KT Yellow Gold 116613LB vs the new Rolex BLRO GMT 2 Jubilee. I am 1st on my AD list for the BLRO and I just saw the 116613LB that my AD just got in. This blue dial is amazing and really caught my eye. I never liked the look of Yellow Gold but it was just perfect on this sub with the Blue Dial. I am a middle aged finance professor and generally wear slacks and a polo shirt and a sports coat at my University. Which one would you pick and why? I appreciate any assistance you can provide me :+) |

Hello professor
I’d hold tight for the BLRO if you believe your Dealer will deliver on its word. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Bluesy, purely on aesthetics and that fabulous blue dial.

Blusey here. This will probably be my next purchase, so I must declare a bias. There's just something about it....

BLRO for sure. Gold does look a little off in the uni environment.

I love the all gold look but I couldn't pull it off. Not for me. But fantastic nonetheless.

It depends on what other watches you own. I like both, but if this is going to be your daily watch I’d pick the BLRO. The Bluesy would make a great weekend watch or a good alternative if you already own black dial watches.
