Need some advice, so decided to get the 36mm yellow gold day date for the wife instea

Getting a yellow gold day date for the wife, 36mm champagne dial. Need opinions on whether to get it with Roman numerals or diamond markers? She’s having hard time deciding...

Diamond markers 100%.... Champagne Roman is hard to read.

Nah, save the diamonds for your fingers & ears (Mrs. watchlover135).

Female here...My 1st Rolex 16 yrs. ago was a simple SS DJ w/white roman #’s. It was FANTASTIC for dress up/casual/hitting the pool...you get my idea. IMHO... The diamonds may limit your ability to wear for certain occasions. Just my 2 cents. I agree champagne #’s are hard to read...you’ll need more color contrast w/aging eyes...trust me. Lol

Have fun deciding & enjoy!!!

Many threads around here about purchasing spouse watches, and the common theme is:

When they took wife to shop for a watch, she picked a DIFFERENT watch than husband !

Read the above several times !

Would YOU let HER pick out a multi $$$$$$ item for you?
DLRIDES makes the best point. Relax...no rush...try many on for wrist pics. Good luck, let us know the end result.

“Search this forum” then “Advanced search”, then use keyword “wife” in title search. Read comments for hours .......
