Best SS two watch combination..

Hello all,

I am in the fortunate position of being able to source any one of the following combinations from an AD at MSRP..

1. SubC LvC and BLNR

2. SubC LvC and SubC ln

3. SS Yacht-Master II and BLNR

I can really only have one of the above combinations... the third option would be a bit of a stretch budget wise at the moment...but what the heck.

I would appreciate comments from those who have owned the above mentioned pieces.

Would that I could sir! The daytona is my grail.. well the platona is.. but my relationship with my AD is still at the wooing stage.. long ways to go before I can even start talking about a daytona.

So ill be of some help here (maybe)- Ive owned all 4 of those. The safe answer is 1 and my choice but 3 is intriguing as well. The YMII is a really cool piece but doesn’t get a lot of love, and its not a piece for everyone. I’d def want a black dial (BLNR) and get a fun piece for the other one. Good luck!!

Go for Option 1. Hulk and BLNR are my favorites in my collection.

One Sub and a GMT. And hard to get pieces moreover. Can't beat that!

Good luck.

^^^^Yup. The brushed bracelet on the LVc and PCL on the BLNR will go together great. You will find out how much more the brushed bracelet and clasp hides scratches over pcl. Both will give you the most options.

For me, would be Sea-Dweller 43mm and Sky-Dweller. I didn’t vote in poll.

Do people even read the question before posting? The OP asked for thoughts between three specific options, not thoughts on any SS combination.

I’d go with the LVC and BLNR. Two subs would be too similar, and I don’t care for the YMII.

Option 1 100% for me. However, I like the YM2, but would probably pair with the sub LN.

For me, SeaDweller + something.
But of the given list chose option B... Pair of subs. Any given day I may also choose option A.
