If you love something, set it free...

If it comes back to you... you're spending way too much money on watches

I let this one go a little while back and have not stopped thinking about it for one day. I don't necessarily regret the decision to let it go, as it opened up the chance to try some other watches, but like I said, it's been on my mind almost daily since.

Tomorrow morning it comes back to me...

Did you get your exact Daytona back or just the same model?

Congrats in advance!

This post just makes me smile. I was sad to see you let it go the first time around. For my sake, I hope it stays a little longer this time. I’m desperate for more pics. :-)

No not the same one, but actually my first was used, this one is brand new. Either would have made me just as happy though. Thanks!

Ut oh. Was that a 116519LN? I was thinking of selling mine. Maybe I shouldn’t.

Good for you.

But hey, while you are reharmonizing the watch universe see if you can find my BLNR and tell it to go home.

I traded this watch (the first) for an AP Ceramic Diver. An absolutely killer watch IMO. Ended up selling it in the summer to pay for a couple things around the house. It was tough to let that one go to. Hmmm now you have me thinking?

Haha jk. Sticking with the 116519

The advice here would have surely prevented me from selling some pieces I still miss, prevented me from rebuying others (more than once), but conversely I definitely would have at least Net+ ? additional watches.....
