Only been buying Rolex since late October when I walked into the Goldsmiths AD on spec and was lucky to purchase a SS Sub date. I explained that I had put my name down at another branch of Goldsmiths for a WG OF Daytona but would rather deal with them considering I purchased the sub. In December I got the call for the WG Daytona and following a bad customer service from another branch they told me I could have the next SS Daytona which arrives.

Today I got the call that 2 SS Daytona’s will be arriving tomorrow (black and white) and I have first choice. To say I’m excited is an understatement and the service from this branch of Goldsmiths has been beyond Excellent. However, I do agree that some Goldsmiths chains are terrible.

Edging towards the white!

The point of this update is that some UK Goldsmith branches do provide first class service.
