I have looked at this model so many times. Looks great Jocke!!!!! Agree 1000% on the caseback. Even basic Seiko engraving would be better.

Nice retro redo on your new acquisition. This is one I bought in 1972 in Australia. Also Spanish and English day. Same size as your redo but 25 jewels. Never serviced and still runs.

That looks waaaay better than it does on the Seiko website. And they've even improved their pictures of the watches from what they were a year ago... I quite like the design. That blue version is nice, too.

Get them while you can. Hard to get from some of the usual suspects. Blue easier to get than green, but I like the green.
Fairly big face makes it easy to read the time. |
