Watching every night for a bit to gauge the average price per night and see the increase as it gets closer to the weekend. Supposed to get a whopper of a storm here Saturday so will get to watch all that.

I’ll try to watch some of it...get it...’watch’ some of it...this weekend. Thanks for the reminder!

It’s supposed to snow and rain all weekend so it’s a great time to watch it

I’ve been watching.

Some truly incredible cars rolling through.

Tons of fun. Hope to go someday.

Love this idea.

I’m absolutely in.

I actually just spent the last hour watching it with my father. Via the phone tho, which was neat. I just learned a ton about some of these older resto mods. He passed on his love of cars and watches to me.

He’s actually fighting bladder cancer right now. In fact, his bladder comes out on the 28th.

We just agreed that we are going to this together next year. He’s typically in Arizona for the winters anyway.

So I’ll be there. Let’s set it up.

Hey I hope your father bounces back real quick. Without getting too deep, I'll just add, cherish every moment.

Praying for your dad Seth. My wife’s grandfather had bladder cancer and lived for a long time after beating it. I know everyone’s situation is different but hopeful his is contained and he is able to kick its ass.

First went to B-J (for photo'ing the old cars) Waaaay back and at that time it was a relatively small event. Now it has grown to an amazingly huge event, and has become Scottsdale's biggest financial input.

The best of Barrett Jackson were back in the muscle car bubble days 15 years back when it was on SpeedTV. These days with how robust the Internet has become, and all of the other auctioneers competing for the premier listings Barrett has lost its luster IMO.

BTW check out the top 20 sales prices compared to what they’re worth today. 10x+ multiples! 275 GTS for less than $200K?

The much better auctions are RM Sotheby’s and Gooding. I will be attending them. The highest caliber European cars will be found at those other auctions this weekend in AZ.

BJ is cool just to see the size, but it’s more of a Carneval/swap meet to me.

First run of the new GT500 with a VIN of 1, just sold for 1.1 million.

It was for charity. But still. Wow.

I’m curious what the 2020 Toyota Supra will sell for. 1st one. VIN ends in 20201. Signed by Aiko Toyoda. MSRP is 55k. It’s also a charity car.

Around a $1MM. Most of the VIN 1 for charity is around $1MM. Been that way for years.

I like Nicks idea of a gtg for this. I might be able to round the troops (family) and make it a mini vacation! Great idea.

Was watching last night. Wish I had been there. Someone picked up a stunningly beautiful black stingray coupe for $8k. Deal of a lifetime.
