S/N: 2.8mil (1970)
Case: Original case has never been polished and shows minimal wear from light use. Lugs remain thick and even with original sharp beveled edges. Original fat font insert and tritium pearl. Serial and reference numbers remain crisp and fully visible. The last three digits of the serial number have been blurred for privacy.
Dial: Original dial is in perfect condition with pleasing patina. Original tritium handset matches perfectly.
Bracelet: Unworn tan leather strap with 18k YG signed buckle.
Accessories: None.
Notes: A true time capsule like example of an 18k YG 1680 Submariner. Acquired from the original owner in Mexico city who purchased several YG sports models in the 1970's only to seldom wear any of them. Likely one of the finest YG 1680's to have surfaced in recent years.
