Local AD stock in Texas

I went in to order a blue Datejust 41. They had a Deepsea, black GMT and a Sub date on display. I was in last Wednesday and they had nothing. They received a shipment on Friday.

I do not get people posting things like stock availability and not give the AD name. Why not just post it? If not to help people, who cares if some random AD in Texas has a few SS watches in stock?

GMT and the Sub lasted through the weekend? But none of the Texas teams were in the playoffs, haha.

If I were on friendly terms with an AD, I wouldn't just blast their name here. They'd get bombarded with calls from grays and flippers.

Exactly, it actually really irritates most ADs

Three watches appear at one AD and the shortage is over? When SkyDs and Daytonas show up consistently then I'll agree with you.

Yes. Clearly having inventory in a mid size city in Texas is a key indicator that the floodgates have indeed opened and ROLEX dreams can now come true.

FWIW, the Dallas-Fort Worth Area (DFW) is the 7th largest metropolitan area in the country... something like close to 7 million people.

Since you don't know I'll tell you, it's prolly the richest area in Texas with bookoo oil money. I think they still have a downtown Patek dealer

It’s has almost 1/4 of the United States oil and natural gas output reserves in the area, especially The Permian Basin area. I’d be surprised if 200k people live there, probably much less. Lots of Texas Timex Watches down there. I’m actually in the area about 10 times a year

Even 15 years ago Daytona’s were hard to come by.

It's fourth. And it's not getting any smaller.

But I understand your city is about to overtake it.
