Fix or Ditch

My SKX is running super fast. Gained 1.5 hour overnight. I imagine they are readily serviceable but would you fix it? I hate to ditch it but it seems like the time and effort of finding a repairperson plus the actual cost of fixing is gonna eclipse what a new watch costs.

ROFL

OP, I think trying to fix yourself via YouTube is a great idea. Worse case scenario you mess it up and ditch it as per your original plan. You can also ask local watchmaker for an estimate

I watched the video and I am curious if an amateur can pull this off. Looking forward to the report back!

It likely just needs demagnetizing. You can buy a demagnetizer on Amazon for about $10.
