Zenith Defy Classic - Wow Under Macro

Gday Guys and Gals,

Well, I managed to spend some quality time with one of Zeniths best modern releases, the Defy Classic Skeleton.
In this review I take you through the three things that really stand out for me personally. As usual the video is filled with macros of the entire watch throughout.

So if you enjoy some macro things and are keen to check out something a little different, hit play below:

If you don't like video, that’s cool, here's a summary:
- Dimensions of 41mm x 10.25mm.
- Price is around $6,500 USD, however discounts can be had, and the used price is soft so buy smart.
- Lug to lug of 45mm means that this watch sits nicely on the wrist and will suit a wide range of people.
- Full titanium case and bracelet means that it's an extremely light watch, weighing in at 98grams.
- Full skeleton dial, with some nice textures and patterns throughout.I dont usually like these dials, but this one works.
- On the wrist comfort is absolutely brilliant, with the bracelet and lightness of the watch adding up to create something awesome on the wrist.
- Details and finishing are great all round!

Great watch overall, that should be a consideration for anyone looking at an all round sports watch, like an OP or Snowflake.
I would personally go for this over them both...

Have a great weekend, and as always hit me up if you have any questions.

Chris

Chris, as I’ve stated on insta; your reviews are top notch and I think every video you put out is better than the last. Keep it up and looking forward to your next review. Maybe a Speedy?

Great review and shots. I love this watch. Tried it on 3 times. Might pull the trigger soon. Perfectly sized watch even for my small wrists.

Excellent review and post. Well done. I think this is a great watch for the price, you get a lot of watch for the money.

I'd love to see a follow up review after you've had the watch for a while.

Thanks!

I have one Zenith - the El Primero 1969.

While I don't care too much for blacked out watches...I am sure liking the Black Ceramic version of this watch. MSRP is $7500 I think. I am willing to bet there could be a discount at Retail. The one think I do worry about is will the watch stand the test of time. Resale would NOT be pretty.

Most definitely, if you buy smart however, you shouldn't need to worry about resale.

Yes...I would have to get a great AD deal, or perhaps this watch is one my TS could still get a great deal on - as with Rolex in the old days of 2015.
