I don’t come around to this end of the forum too much these days. I hope everyone is well.

First I saw was a complaint about an AD. I feel like that’s the theme these days. I personally think they are doing the best with what they have.

Are some better than others? Yes. For sure.

Personally, I’m lucky. My AD is awesome.

Went to Lee Perla in Hackensack NJ today to say hello after a lunch with some colleagues. They had a watch I really like. I suppose I got lucky. AD’s are limited to the stock they have available these days.

Anyway, another great experience with my friends over there.

always love to see day dates, congrats

definitely good ADs still out there. hear a lot of good things about lee parla. i went to morre lyons as per recommendations here and they were great to deal with. makes you feel lucky when you have a great AD

It’s funny too.

So much talk about haggling. All the time.

I asked their best price. They gave it to me. I said, thank you. I added that I hope this helps when Basel comes around, and they confirmed that it did.

I want them to get a fair price for the watch they sell. The same way I want to receive a fair deal. I also wanted to ensure it helped if there is a Basel release I want.

It’s a win/win for everyone.

Interstingly enough, it took about 30 minutes. And I was on the phone for half of it.

Imagine the damage I could do if I had more time.

Had the silver dial.

I miss it terribly. I sold it to collect funds to purchase another piece. Hopefully this will fill the void. One of the only watches one ive ever really missed.
