One difference is, one has an etched crown the other does not. It also has kryptonite crystal.

The green (GV) does NOT have the laser etched crown.

GV means glass verte (green) so it has the green hue to it. Stunner IMO.

Nice choice - no lec.

BTW it is not laser ‘etched’.

The crown is formed by lasered molten bubbles of glass about half way through the thickness of the crystal.

So what does ‘lec’ stand for?

I read a post here a long time ago that the GV glass is so expensive to make, Rolex did not bother with it. Hard to make counterfeit GV crystal. How true that is, I don’t know.

... and the LEC bubbles are at different depths too, making it more 3D - so its not that easy to fake.

and as others have already confirmed as the GV doesn't have one you wont find a GV with a LEC anyway

All of the good fakes have the crown now anyway. This only weeds out bad fakes, and those have other obvious issues.
