Aren’t they fairly available through AD’s?
I think if you call around and are prepared to wait a bit, you’ll land fairly soon. Otherwise the going rate isn’t too far above MRSP. |

Myself would only pay suggest price by Rolex, those that do pay premium prices will only feed and keep the grey market prices high.

You're gonna pay between 13K - 14K on the secondary market. Considering what some other professional models are going for lately it's almost a bargain LOL>

You could buy from a grey for $750-$1,500 more than that. I think there's one in the classifieds for $13K even and you may even find for slightly less. To me it was worth it when you consider the time, effort, miles on the car, and my general impatience. I was only 6+ magic lists and never got a single call. |

Asia is a good place to look. Traditionally the view is that the SD43 is slightly large for Asian wrists, so the demand and hence mark up is unlikely to be huge.

You might be surprised. I put my name on a list at a smaller AD in NJ last year and got a call 2 days later (no previous purchase). Some luck was definitely involved but they can be had for retail. PM me if you want more info on the AD.

Geographical bias must play a huge part in this
Both where I’m from and where I regularly frequent, this watch is not to be seen in an ADs case Lucked out and found one though slightly above retail. Usually they are around 25% above It’s a stunna |

Be patient, look around, find it at retail price and get your name on the warranty card.

I wouldn’t pay over msrp, they pop up at ADs. Maybe try Watches of Switzerland in Soho, they had one available not too long ago.

waitlists everywhere. I would buy a slightly used MK1 in person from someone on TRF in the $12.2-12.4 range. That is the fair price.
