Anyone Else Excited About This Watch?
I wasn’t very excited about much of anything from Basel this year, but I will say that I plan to attempt to acquire this watch. I personally believe it will be SPECTACULAR in the flesh

I think it's pretty cool. However, is it really a watch for "Retro-Grouch"?

I was actually impressed with some of the shots from Basel regarding this piece. I know there are those who dislike it (which makes collecting fun that we all have different tastes) but I rather like it.
Good luck getting it and I look forward to possibly seeing an “incoming!” |

I think it looks great and would try to get it if I had the budget.
Looks similar to the legendary white dial Pan Am GMT from the 60s, here’s to hoping there’s a white dial GMT sometime in the near future...

Agree with both.
But good legibility on a gmt watch is important to me, so pass for me I still prefer the blue dial BLRO

I love meteorite dials, but I think they should have gone with a darker tone meteorite. As it is now, the hands/indicies/dial all sort of blend together.

As others have mentioned, I can definitely see legibility issues with the dial/hands combination.

This should fit quite nicely with several of my other watches.

I agree, it's a nice watch but since I can't easily tell what time it is, it's not for me.

Would have been interesting if it had black, or maybe even blue hands to improve legibility. Still, if I had the budget for a piece in this range, I would get one in a heartbeat.
Maybe even over my "grail" of a WG Smurf. |
