They do say beauty is in the eye of the beholder myself not a fan of the modern Daytona and even less that dial combination.

Peter, I'm curious as to what you dislike in the newer Daytonas??? Personally I love mine. I think it's an attractive watch although it's pretty blatantly PM.

If they even produced a Daytona like my 6263 with the cal 4130 with the black aluminium insert, then I could get to like the modern Daytona. Until then IMHO a very overrated watch especially the ceramic which is a basically a cosmetic changed 20 year old watch.The movement is up there with the top chronographs ever produced, but dont like the steel bezel or even less the ceramic ones.
