Traveling to Spain, Buy Submariner?
Probably a silly question overall with what’s going on with SS sports Rolexes, but I will ask anyway.
Looking to get my first Rolex... preferably a Submariner or would “settle” for submariner date for 35th birthday / fellowship graduation. I am going to be in Madrid/Barcelona in late September. In the odd chance that I find one in the wild at an AD (airport? Duty free?), is this a no brainer to buy abroad? My calculations suggest that a no date could be had for about 6500 from an AD after subtracting VAT in Spain. I’m feeling lucky, but is there any down side to doing this? Thanks in advance fellow Rolex lovers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
