Seadweller 126600 43 wait list in UK
Dear friends, some of you can help me about the current wait list in the ref 126600? Is there any chance to be put in wait list in UK and what kind of wait time to expect?

Unless you live in the UK the answer is no. Most, if not all ADs will ask you to come into their stores and fill out a request to be put on a waiting list. Some won't even bother putting you on the list because they have plenty of customers on it already. P.S. I've heard, from a large AD in London, that there's a 3-year waiting list for 126600

I waited about 4-5 months last year, at an AD with no purchase history.
However that AD, as most others, will now only sell to local residents and will not even put non UK nationals on any list. It’s hard enough for us residents to get the “hot” models in the UK, without tourists buying them all up. |

Without waiting on a list in the UK or spending loads to become a VIP, your best bet is probably airport - even that’s starting to dry up because apparently ADs in airports are using ‘lists’ too, and previous spend history/frequent travelers for hot models.
SD43 was available at Heathrow duty free as recent as April.. |

Live your life, get cryogenically stored for many years after and you may get one in the UK

I'd like one but can't get one from my AD and have been looking at grey/pre-owned prices recently. If you look at the private sales on ebay etc, they aren't bringing the premium that other SS sports models are. I've seen unworn ones go for £9,700 which is £1,000 above list which I don't think too bad considering. If Rolex raise the RRP this year or next it's likely to increase by the best part of £1,000 anyway. £10,500 seems to be the max that they command on ebay as an auction.

I was told ‘undetermined’ wait by one of my local AD’s, and quoted 6 years by another, followed by ‘we’ve closed the list’ by a third. I have history of buying in two of the three.
As previously mentioned, premiums on grey are much more realistic compared to GMT etc, so I bought a mint full set Mk1 dial from chrono24 for a £1000 premium over list. It works for me and I have zero regrets. |

I had mine on order since release. My AD showed me the SD43 'list' last week when I picked up my GMT CHNR. It had around 25 names on it. Starting from the top, I think around 10names are crossed off. Still around 6 names in front of me and around 10 after me.
I have a very good relationship with my AD and things do arrive, sometimes fast sometimes slow.... GMT CHNR after 13months wait, Sky D stainless black dial in 2weeks... Go figure.

I’d cut your losses and buy one that way. As for joining a list in the UK |

As per their online shipping instructions, they will ship overseas with the exception of Mexico, Russia and Korea. I just bought a 4 month old SD43 this week from Davis SW and the process went flawlessly. Plus they accept Paypal so you have that added layer of protection. |

Any updates on SD43 availability? How about the USA? Anyone seen one on display at an AD?
