Tudor Black Bay Dark Black

Just seen this watch and i love the look

think this would be a great adition to them
would like a black Rolex but have never seen one
do you think the strap would mark easy and the black come off

Got it in 2017 as preowned piece at good rice as in mint condition. I will wear it averagely a week per month. So far so good and the coating has not came off yet. The coating is actually quite tough due to the carbide element from what i understand.

I thought about getting one, but when I looked at a new one at my AD it already had visible scratches to the sides of the case. The AD recommended against getting it because she said it is prone to scratching and the scratches will show up silver color instead of black and really stand out.

Tudor REALLY needs to make an all ceramic watch. They already make ceramic cases, for eh Fastrider? I think? But those don't come on bracelets.

Ceramic case and ceramic bracelet? Tudor price? Yes. And it's right in their wheelhouse. Rolex would never do an all ceramic watch.
