Only ones I know are RSC. The rest either ship to RSC or are just watchmakers with Rolex parts Accounts.

Wixon is top notch as a jewelry store. Not sure about what OP means.

Good to know. Bought an AirKing there but didn’t keep it long as I found a Sub date at another Minneapolis AD and sold the AK to fund the Sub.

Sounds weird, that posted anywhere official? I know when I brought in my under-warranty watch 3 months ago they sent it out for pretty basic service.
If I had a Rolex that was not under warranty I wouldn't hesitate to bring it in to them to work on, but that's different than them being allowed to do warranty work. I only knew of RSC NYC and Dallas in US -- does this make them a 3rd option? Any other ADs allowed to do warranty work in the US? |

I just got my 14060M back after an overhaul, cost was $750. Originally was told 4 weeks but they had it done in about 2 1/2 weeks. Was also told they had to get upgraded training and equipment to do overhauls like this. Came with an updated Rolex warranty card. Great staff and service!

pFFT. My local AD said the same thing when I took my watch in for running slow.
They didn't have the tool to take the rotor off of a 3235. That's preeeety basic. They couldn't even do that. |

Rolex now has a program which is known as the Plaque Program. A store which receives this plaque, after the watchmakers complete certain levels of training and have a shop up to industry standards, become a offical service center for Rolex and are able to do warranty services as well.

I was at R.F. Moellers in St. Paul a couple of weeks back talking to the watchmaker, he had just returned from the east coast Rolex repair center after completing his certification. I think Rolex wants their ADs to be certified repair facilities now. He was “issued “ a certified repair facility sign that is serial numbered for that AD!

There is a special tool to take off the weight on the 32's. Rolex hasn't supplied them yet. So yes, it is unbelievably easy, with the right tool to do. But without the tool...
