Rootbeer GMT two tone rose gold

I may have an opportunity to pick one of these up. I am not usually a two tone guy but this is looking pretty good. Anyone have any thoughts on the watch?
Thanks!

I added one recently and it is quite exquisite! It is very unique to the rolex lineup and I would very much recommend it. It has a subtle brilliance, not in your face. It does not draw as much attention as YG.

Run! Don't walk. You absolutely won't regret it. So much better in person than in pics!

You most definitely are not a two-tone person. So buy it and sell it to me at MSRP.

I’ve passed on it three times now. It just doesn’t hold my attention like the BLNR. Of course I may regret it later when I am still waiting for a BLNR.

This is the only two tone I have ever thought about getting. It just seems right. Might be the sleeper of Basel 2018.

If you “don’t” like the CHNR, you might as well get a GShock and call it a day. It’s a rock star.

Not only is the CHNR jaw droppingly beautiful the first time you see it, but it gets better and better the more time you spend with it. You'll keep noticing/appreciating all of these subtle details that come together into one perfectly coherent whole.

Example - The other day I was just admiring how the warmth of the bezel (with that brown tone and RG numerals) makes the deep, inky black of the dial even more pronounced, drawing you into it like some kind of hypnotic abyss. This is only most apparent under certain light, as different lighting conditions can dramatically change the look of this watch.

When talking about the CHNR, you'll often hear people say "it needs to be seen in person". I'd argue not only that, but it needs to be lived in and truly experienced to be appreciated in full.

Long story short...if you have the opportunity to acquire this beauty, don't hesitate!

I was waiting on the two-tone blue submariner but after seeing the rose gold GMT II I am now on the wait list for the GMT. Subtle and unique.

Great watch! If you already have something like a sub, fits great in the collection!

This watch should carry a health warning
There i was driving along a country lane ..

Glanced at my CHNR it shone like the sun on a work of art...
Thought that's amazing
Glanced back up and had to do a diversion move around a slow moving tractor
Which I was about to crash into.

Be very careful driving with this watch it could cause an accident... you have been warned

I passed. Too big for me. It is a gorgeous watch, but if you think it only looks "pretty good," it might not be for you either.

I think it is stunning...I would love to add one but if you’re “so-so” on it, even after seeing it in person, I would pass it along.

I passed on one last year, because I already had a couple of TT. I kinda wish I hadn’t passed.

I am only 24 hours in to my ownership of mine, so too early to pass objective comment. But my early impressions are just... wow.
