I will be purchasing a daytona 116500ln pre owned, and is this warranty correct? “Wempe jewelers” anyone bought from wempe jewelers with the same info written on the warranty card? Appreciate your help.

I’ve checked warranty cards, issued in the last year, from two Non US countries. Both have the country ID top corner of the warranty card. Might be worth someone with a US warranty card whether to expect 710 on it.

Wempe is one of the more prominent stores in NYC, if not most prominent. In the show Billions, they go to Wempe to buy a Nautilus. They are actually based in Germany and PP has made special edition watches for Wempe, similar to Tiffany & Co in terms of double signed dials.

Yeah that too. The country code. But i know some dont place country codes.

Not sure what information you are looking to verify from that card... Otherwise, Wempe jewelers is a Rolex AD located in NYC on the Fifth Avenue.

I just checked a 2019 card (not Wempe) and mine has no country code and looks just like yours. And as said, Wempe is one of the more well known ADs in the world.

I've never seen a country code on a US AD Rolex warranty card.

Call them and ask. I called on my Exp. II that was bought there and gave them the buyers name and sale date. The girl looked it up for me and confirmed it was purchased there.

Purchaser should be more concerned about the actual SELLER of the watch, not the store (WEMPE JEWELERS) that was the original dealer. The buyer should do research on the seller, check references, etc. Anyone can post a photo of a WEMPE warranty card and pictures of a Daytona from another post or ad. Heard of too many people getting scammed. Hope he goes with one of the trusted sellers on this forum...
