its the black dial Daytona C 116500 same dial black daytona 116520?

No some smaller differences between them and different. The newest green tag Daytonas with laser etched rehauts are very similar to the Cs. The biggest differences are the sub-dials and sub-dial font.

New subdials are flat and do not have shine of 116520. Done to increase legibility

Checkout many of the comparisons and hands-on articles from Hodinkee and others. Tons out there that do a great job running down in detail with supporting pics. The new sub-dials have a more matte look to them.
