116613lb Bluesy or 126600 SD43

Been thinking about this for a while now. While I love my TT Submariner Bluesy, I've always had the urge for the SD43. I also think that the bluesy is a bit too "blingy" in certain situations. Would you guys swap TT bluesy for SD43? What are the pros and cons in this situation?

I wouldn't, as the TT LB is one of my favourites. You are right saying it is flashy. An SD 43 is more versatile and under the radar, yet i would still not swap for it. Add the Sd43 if you must, since you've said you have always loved your TT LB.

If you really enjoy the bluesy I wouldn’t get rid of it...you’ll likely regret it down the road. I’m a big fan of the SD43 but I would look to add in this situation, it’s a fantastic reference and a perfect diver imo.

Was in the same boat as you. As much as I would like to have a SD43 or JC DSSD, the idea of parting ways with my 116613LB to "make room" always gets shot down.

I have both and they are different and unique in their own way. I am never selling anything I buy but that’s just me.

Yeah. That's the view im leaning towards. Might just keep patient and add the sd43 sometime in the future.

I wouldn't part with the Sub unless it isn't getting wrist time. They would make a good pair if you're able to wait to add the SD43.

Like people saying here never flip watches you love. It will end up costing you a lot more later if you regret and buy it again.

Don’t flip the bluesy. You will only have to add it back later when you realize you made a mistake trading it away. Happened to me several times - similar situations.

I think they make a great pair. Even though they seem similar, they have totally different personalities.

That’s actually a really tough one. I’d try to add for sure. They are both outstanding.
