Warning possible scam C24

Seems too good to be true? Anyone ever bought from them?

Chrono 24 isn't a seller. It's like ebay, it's a place for sellers to post ads.

I’ve used chrono24 3 times no probs.....the cash is held in an Escrow account until the buyer receives the watch and is happy with it. Only then does the seller receive the cash.....as said do your homework...I’ve never bought from a private seller, only from a seller with lots of great feedback and a feedback score to match.

I am not a fan, "Ordered" a rare-edition Seiko from 24 about five months ago, put in my credit card info and everything. Then, I get this Email from some seller in Europe I never heard of saying he wouldn't sell it to me, shipping to the US was too expensive. Really?

I have bought once (Breitling) through them and the seller was a reputed jeweler. Yeah, do your own research on the seller and read the reviews. Chrono24 claim to have extensive wetting process for all the sellers on their site. Almost all sellers (non-private) list their contact details at the bottom of the listing.

Do not buy from Monaco Watches!!! I bought an IWC from them. Firstly, the box was damaged. The I noticed that the hand pointer was bent. After a week the strap was broken!! I tried to get in contact with them and received the answer ”use your warranty”. They sold me a watch that was faulty and refused to do anything about it. I bought it via Chrono24 and they tried to mediate. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about Monaco Watches.

Wow , my experience was much different. I bought a 5135 PP rose gold from them and everything went very smoothly. Piece was just as described and after sale was completed I discovered it was supposed to have a gold pusher. Seller agreed to reimburse me cost of another if he couldn’t find it. He then found it the next day and sent it out. He already had his money and he could have just told me watch didn’t come with pusher but instead took care of me. I would recommend them. Of course, as always with any seller, No bank transfer always AmX payment. Regards , james in San Antonio Tx.
