Milgauss Wait Times

Jumping into the Rolex world with a blue dial Milgauss. What is the typical wait time for these right now? I found a used one in good shape, would rather get a new one for the same money. Any information would be appreciated.

Stop in a Authorize Dealer. It should not take long.

I bought a Z a year ago, under the glass. Then in Feb of this year found another one, black face, under the glass. But that’s 2 stores in the very, very many that I go to across the US. But there’s hope

My AD called me a few weeks ago offering me one. I declined.

I saw one in the AD's showcase a couple weeks ago. Not difficult to find... for now.

Asked for one about 3 months ago. AD didn't have it, but they did a couple weeks later and put it aside for me.

Not a hard buy.

I’ve not seen it on display new in about a year (traveled quite a bit through airports etc in that time). I tend to keep an eye out since I own one. The one place I asked seemed to suggest it would take a few months, but more down to randomness of allocation than actually having a long list. I think this is all reflected in the fact you can buy them used for close to or just under MSRP if you shop around (popular enough, but not *hot*).

Watchfinder currently has only one Milgauss "almost" in stock, which is unusual.

I have seen quite a few at ADs in CA, but my AD said his allocation for the rest of 2019 is only two, so getting rare.

Thanks, found one after calling this morning. But they won’t ship and I won’t be in Canada for a while. The hunt continues.

Stop by local AD in-person. If they do not have one in stock I am sure you will be able to get a call for one fairly quickly after showing genuine interest.

I live in DC and the Milgauss is in cases almost half the time I visit local AD's. Not that hard to get. Yet.

They appear to be relatively common. Sometimes a Milgauss even makes it into my local AD's window and can survive for a couple of weeks.

Been on the list at 3 local ADs (and popping in periodically) for 2 months...no dice yet, and every time I'm in they tell me they haven't seen one in months. I have no purchase history (this will be my first Rolex), but none of the dealers seem to hate me

My AD has not seen the z-blue GV since Feb. of this year. I was wearing mine a few weeks ago and pointed out that even the z-blue is hard to get these days.

I would get the black dial vs the blue dial - blue dial is all the rage but the black dial is a more unique piece that will be more valuable once the short term hype fades

You should be able to save at least $1000 on a near mint preowned one.

If there isn't one in a showcase, there's one in the safe waiting for you- unless some other dude picked it up earlier that day/week. The most you'd have to wait is 1-2 weeks to get your turn.

Lol, right? Just 2 years ago I’d see Exp ii’s, Milgauss’s, DJ’s and more just sitting there. I even used to get 10% off SS and 20% off PM! Now you don’t see anything.
