Trading a Hulk for a Daytona 16523?

I have recently came across a used Daytona 16523 TT arabic blue racer dial. Am tempted to trade in my Hulk for it. What do you folks think? Should I trade in for the Daytona or should I just keep the Hulk. Don't have enough funds to buy outright. TIA.

The LVc is too green for me.

I would do it.

Nice combination.

Personally I’d be keeping firm hold of that HULK

I cringe the moment I see "TT"... the two alphabets are enough for me. Different strokes for different folks...

Just do what you want. Dont get the hype define what you want. If you want the TT Daytona go get it.

If I was you and still owned any of these hyped pieces they would be the first to go in this climate. These things are way overpriced at the current time - might as well cash in.

Funny you should ask that question. I'm looking to trade my Kermit for a 116523 with a white or champagne dial.

I really don't like the clasp on the Kermit so I wear my GMT-M2C with the black bezel, which has a much more comfortable clasp IMO, much more often. A colorful Daytona would enhance my collection nicely. Of course, I would love a ceramic Daytona but my Kermit isn't THAT valuable. :-)

This is good advice to know. When I see my local AD, I'll use the delta towards a DJ I've been eyeing. A TT Daytona, an SS all-black GMT-M2C, and SS blue dial DJ 116200/116234 would be a nicely balanced collection.

It's all about the hunt... :-)

Really nice Daytona. If you “must” have that model, and you don’t care for the LVc, why not?

Personally, there’s no Rolex I would flip my LVc towards (though there are many I want and can’t have ).
